  • ABLETON PROJECT FILE LICENSE AGREEMENT


    This Ableton project file (Impulse Control - Love Bug) is provided by [Anael Richman aka Impulse Control] (the “Licensor”) solely for educational and personal reference. By purchasing, downloading, or accessing this Project, you (the “Licensee”) agree to the following terms:


    1. Limited License for Learning Purposes Only


    The Licensor grants the Licensee a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Project only for learning and personal study. The Licensee may not use any sounds, samples, presets, arrangements, or other parts of this Project (the “Content”) in any work intended for sale, distribution, performance, or public release, including music, broadcasts, recordings, or remixes.


    2. No Sharing or Reselling


    The Licensee may not share, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer this Project, or any modified versions of it, to anyone else. The Project is intended for individual use only, and any form of redistribution is prohibited and could lead to legal action.


    3. Ownership of Content


    All rights to the Project and its Content belong to the Licensor. The Licensee is granted a license to use it for personal learning only, without transferring any ownership. Any unauthorized use or distribution violates the Licensor’s rights.


    4. Permitted Modifications for Private Study Only


    The Licensee may edit or modify the Project for personal learning purposes only. These changes must not be shared, distributed, or used for any commercial purpose.


    5. Non-Compete Agreement

    6. Non-Disclosure of Proprietary Information


    The Licensee agrees not to disclose or publicly share any proprietary techniques, settings, or workflows contained in this Project. This Project is provided for private educational reference only.


    7. Compliance with Third-Party Licenses


    The Licensee is responsible for ensuring that their use of any third-party sounds, samples, or plugins contained in the Project complies with the terms set by the respective third-party providers.


    8. Technical Requirements


    This Project requires the latest version of Ableton Live 11 and may require specific third-party plugins to function as intended. The Licensor is not responsible for any technical issues arising from incompatible software or plugin versions.


    9. No Warranty and Limitation of Liability


    The Project is provided “as is” with no guarantees. The Licensor is not responsible for any damages or issues arising from the use of the Project.


    10. Refund Policy


    Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final and non-refundable.


    11. End of License if Terms Are Broken


    This license will automatically end if the Licensee violates any part of this Agreement. Upon termination, the Licensee must delete all copies of the Project. The Licensor may take legal action if the terms are broken.


    12. Governing Law


    This Agreement will be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes related to this Agreement must be resolved in the courts located in London, United Kingdom.
